As with any Debit Card, there is some important information you need to know.
So to make things a little easier, we’ve summarised a few points that we would like to draw your attention to…
- This is a PIN based card only. You will also need to sign your transaction slip at a POS (point of sale) device. You will be asked to put your PIN in when you swipe or withdraw. Your PIN is your secret number. Keep it safe.
- Please be aware that your fees are subject to change, but we’ll let you know when they do.
- Remember, this is a Debit Card, so it’s important you keep a positive balance in your account at all times.

- If your card is lost or stolen you must notify us immediately (remember this number 0861 22 88 99. Open 24/7/365). Please be aware that you will be responsible for all transactions made prior to you letting us know.
